If your slab guard does not fit your standard graded slab, or it is not what you expected, send it back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Guards must be returned in original condition. Your cards deserve protection you are 100% happy with, if we did not deliver that, we will make it right.
Like every trusted shop in the hobby, all sealed Pokémon product and graded slabs are final sale. This is a protection for you as much as for us, it guarantees that nothing we ship has ever been opened, searched, or tampered with by a previous buyer. What leaves our shelf sealed arrives at your door sealed.
If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, that's on us 100%. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we will send a replacement or full refund. No hoops.
Changed your mind? Cancel free of charge within 24 hours of ordering. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but slab guards can still be returned under the Fit Guarantee above.
